Outside of work, Adrienne enjoys painting with watercolors. Her artwork can be found as stickers or framed prints in local Summit County coffee shops and restaurants. Dedicated, creative, and detail-oriented, Adrienne is here to support you every step of the way.

Sometimes, plans evolve—and that’s okay! If changes are needed after signing this proposal, we’ll work with you to adjust timelines, costs, and other project details to keep everything on track. Making changes is part of the process, and we’re here to help ensure it’s handled smoothly.
Adapting to Your Needs & What to Expect
We understand that new ideas or needs may arise during your project, and we’re happy to accommodate them. However, it’s important to know that changes made after the project begins may require schedule adjustments and could impact other parts of the timeline. To help avoid additional costs and keep everything moving efficiently, we encourage you to address changes early during the planning phase whenever possible. This proactive approach helps us deliver the best results for your project.
Steps to Making Adjustments
Here’s how we handle changes to keep things running smoothly:
Share Your Ideas: Let your project manager or coordinator know as soon as you’re considering a change.
Document the Details: Together, we’ll complete a Change Order Request Form, to capture your vision—whether it’s a small adjustment or a significant addition.
*Review and Plan: *Your project manager will assess the request and prepare an updated plan with revised costs, timelines, and any additional materials needed.
Approval Before Work Begins: We’ll start the changes only after you’ve reviewed and signed off on the updated plan.
By working together through this process, we can ensure your project stays on track while delivering the quality and care you expect.
